business on July 03, 2009 and includes
all unpaid taxes, penalties, interest fees, certifications, and attachments.
This publication is intended to notify owners, lenders, and other interested
parties of the delinquencies in an effort to facilitate correction of errors in the
public record, if any, and to assure collection of delinquencies from appropriate
parties. Parcels in bankruptcy are not subject to tax sale or to any collection process except
as permitted by federal bankruptcy law. Please notify the Treasurer’s
